Bartram's Garden

Located in Philadelphia, America’s oldest living botanical garden features an 18th century farmstead, native plants, wildflower meadow, and wetland. Hours of operation: 10 am - 5 pm daily except City observed holidays. Admission free.

Botanic Garden of Western Pennsylvania

This Pittsburgh, currently under renovation will be unique in its scope and focus on displays of regional flora, horticultural and environmental education, and research into botanical issues of regional importance. Visit their website for more information.

Hershey Gardens

This Garden in Hershey, offers a variety of themed gardens, seasonal displays, unique trees, an outdoor butterfly house, and a large rose collection.

Hours of operation: April 15 - October 31, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Extended hours Memorial Day - Labor Day 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Visit this website for a virtual tour and other information.

Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens

Located in Pittsburgh, this facility offers indoor and outdoor collections of plants. It also features a Japanese Courtyard Garden and much more.
